据 Analytical Methods (2018) 中研究指出,以有效滤膜孔径范围 0.4~3 um 的玻璃纤维滤膜或纤维素酯滤膜过滤水样,所得总悬浮固形物之含量分析结果并无明显差异,即不同滤膜孔径及过滤器形式对测定结果没有显著影响。 选用滤膜时,可依水样本身的物理性质、固体粒子粒径大小及总量挑选合适的孔径。建议若水体清澈或浊度低时,可选用孔径较小的滤膜;若水体浊度高或含有沉积物、淤泥、黏土等物质时,则可以较大孔径滤膜过滤,避免滤膜堵塞,使得水样不易过滤。
